Diabetic clinic

We run a clinic once a week inviting patients who live with diabetes to attend for review. Studies have shown that Primary Care is the optimal setting to provide the best standard of diabetic care for the majority of patients.The clinic is assisted by a diabetic nurse specialist from Sligo University Hospital.

Asthma and COPD clinic

We offer childhood asthma clinics. these are nurse led. We invite every child with asthma to attend.Asthma is an extremely serious condition that may result in fatal consequences if not managed properly.

Cardiovascular clinics

We invite patients  without cardio-vascular disease to have annual BP monitoring,ECG (heart tracing) and fasting bloods.We may then assess the risk of cardiovascular disease and advise appropriately.
